Only a short drive from Southwold and just outside the small market town of Halesworth, Valley Farm, in the village of Holton, is set in 2.5 acres of lovely Suffolk countryside. Andrew and Jackie Circus bid you a warm welcome to their comfortable home.

Inside the farmhouse there are two en-suite guest bedrooms, a double and a family room. There is also a fully heated indoor swimming pool available to guests by individual arrangement.

In the grounds are Swallow Barn and Rookyard Cottage both self catering barn conversions providing comfortable and spacious accommodation for four people in two ensuite bedrooms.

Outside, there is a quiet courtyard garden where you can relax in peace or, if you or your family want to be more energetic there is croquet on the lawn or a large paddock with a boules piste, swings and a basket ball hoop. There is Wi-fi internet connection in the house.

Andrew and Jackie take food very seriously and pride themselves on serving a traditional Suffolk breakfast made from locally produced ingredients with home made preserves. They also offer a good variety of continental or vegetarian breakfast options.

Valley Farm B&B has recently been awarded the coveted AA 5 star award and the self catering cottages have a 4 star grading from Visit Britain.
