Andrew and Jackie Circus sold their previous business in 2004 and moved to this lovely old farmhouse that provides a very comfortable home to which you will be made most welcome.

Inside the farmhouse there are two en-suite guest bedrooms, a double and a family room. There is also a fully heated indoor swimming pool available to guests by individual arrangement.

In the grounds are Swallow Barn and Rookyard Cottage both self catering barn conversions providing comfortable and spacious accommodation for four people in two ensuite bedrooms.

Andrew and Jackie pride themselves on their traditional breakfast which is prepared from local ingredients as far as possible. They also offer an excellent variety of continental and vegetarian breakfast options.

Outside, there is a quiet courtyard garden in which you can relax in peace or, if you or your family want somewhere to let off steam, there is a large paddock where children can play safely well away from the road.

Located in the pretty village of Holton, it is only one mile from the centre of the small market town of Halesworth and just six miles from the Suffolk coast at Southwold.
