Only a short drive from Southwold and just outside the small market town of Halesworth, Valley Farm, in the village of Holton, is set in two and half acres of lovely Suffolk countryside. Andrew and Jackie Circus bid you a warm welcome to their comfortable home.

Bed and Breakfast

Inside the farmhouse there are two ensuite bed and breakfast bedrooms; a family room and a double room.

Andrew and Jackie take food very seriously and pride themselves on serving a traditional Suffolk breakfast made from locally produced ingredients with home made preserves. They also offer a good variety of continental or vegetarian breakfast options.

There is a fully heated indoor swimming pool available to bed and breakfast guests and self catering cottage guests, by individual arrangement.

Self Catering Cottages

In the grounds stand Swallow Barn and Rookyard Cottage, two self-catering holiday cottages, furnished and decorated to a high standard, including WiFi, and sleeping up to four people plus a baby in a cot. Both are eco-friendly, detached single-storey and have easy, level access for wheelchair users.  Each cottage features solar hot water and oil-fired central heating together with a log burning stove ensuring cosy accommodation. These comfortable holiday cottages both have two bedrooms, each bedroom with its own ensuite facilities.
One ensuite at each cottage has been especially equipped for use by disabled guests.
There is parking space for up to two cars at each property.

There is also a fully heated indoor swimming pool available to self catering cottage guests and bed and breakfast guests, by individual arrangement.

Facilities

Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available in the house and both cottages.

Outside, there is a quiet courtyard garden where you can relax in peace or, if you or your family want to be more energetic, there is croquet on the lawn or a large paddock with a boules piste, swings and a basket ball hoop. There is also a fully heated indoor swimming pool available to bed and breakfast guests and self catering cottage guests, by individual arrangement.

Valley Farm B&B has recently been awarded the coveted AA 5 star award and the self catering cottages have a 4 star grading from the AA.
