The Family Room

We have two guest bedrooms:

One is a family room with an antique double and a single bed. There is plenty of room for a cot/folding bed for smaller guests, if required. The room is furnished traditionally with period furniture in keeping with the age of the house. The window overlooks the front lawn and onwards to the surrounding fields.

The second room also has a double bed and en-suite shower room. It is furnished and decorated in a modern style and also looks out over the front lawn. Both rooms have en-suite, modern shower rooms, Freeview TV and video and a hot drinks tray with fresh milk in a small fridge which is also available for the use of guests.

Our rooms are both non smoking and unfortunately, due to a severe allergy problem, we are unable to accommodate any animals.

The Second Room

Breakfast is served in the dining room where we provide a high chair for small visitors. As well as the “full English”, we like to offer guests a variety of cereals, fruit, yoghurt or a continental style breakfast of cooked meats, cheeses together with fresh baked croissants and pain au chocolat.

If you want to make your stay really special we will, for a small extra charge, serve you scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and a glass of bucks fizz. What a way to start the day!
