Self Catering Cottages
In the grounds stand Swallow Barn and Rookyard Cottage, two self-catering holiday cottages, furnished and decorated to a high standard, including WiFi, and sleeping up to four people plus a baby in a cot. Both are eco-friendly, detached single-storey and have easy, level access for wheelchair users. Each cottage features solar hot water and oil-fired central heating together with a log burning stove ensuring cosy accommodation. These comfortable holiday cottages both have two bedrooms, each bedroom with its own en suite facilities.
One en suite at each cottage has been especially equipped for use by disabled guests.
Outside there is parking space for up to two cars at each property and both cottages have an enclosed terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining or just relaxing. In the grounds there is an electric vehicle charging point which can be used for a small fee.
There is also a fully heated indoor swimming pool available to self catering cottage guests by individual arrangement.
Facilities
Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available for both cottages.
Outside, there are extensive grounds including a quiet courtyard garden where you can relax in peace or, if you or your family want to be more energetic, there is croquet on the lawn or a large 1 acre paddock with a boule piste, a goal net, swings and a basketball hoop. A play-house is provided for smaller guests.
Our Indoor Heated Swimming Pool
The indoor heated swimming pool is available to all guests for exclusive use by individual arrangement. A great place for the family to have fun after a day out in the beautiful Suffolk countryside or at the coast. It is heated to 30 degrees all year so great for all seasons and weathers.
